Booking Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund, less any applicable administrative or processing fees.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur cancellation charges, and only partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Belvedere Charters.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup, or failure to arrive at the agreed pickup location without prior notice (a “no-show”), are generally non-refundable.
Booking Amendments
Requests to change the date, time, pickup location, destination, or vehicle type are subject to availability. Any additional costs resulting from these changes will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Belvedere Charters is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic accidents, strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. Refunds in these situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Service Interruptions
If Belvedere Charters is unable to provide the booked service due to operational reasons within our control, clients will be offered either:
- A suitable alternative vehicle or service, where available; or
- A full refund of any amount paid for the affected booking.
Early Termination of Service
No refund will be issued if a journey is terminated due to passenger misconduct, illegal activity, abusive behaviour, or failure to comply with the chauffeur’s safety instructions.
