Cancellation Policy

At Belvedere Charters, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations and booking changes to ensure fairness for both our clients and our operations.

Standard Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund, less any applicable administrative or payment processing fees.
• Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are generally non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

If the passenger fails to arrive at the agreed pickup location within the allocated waiting period and no prior communication has been received, the booking will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-show bookings.

Booking Amendments

Requests to change the date, time, pickup location, destination, passenger numbers, or vehicle type are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply if the changes affect the scope of the booking.

Group Bookings

For large group bookings, corporate events, weddings, conferences, or multi-day charters, cancellation terms may differ from the standard policy. Any specific cancellation conditions will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Belvedere Charters

In the unlikely event that Belvedere Charters is unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable replacement vehicle or alternative service. If this is not possible, a full refund of any prepaid amount will be issued.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Belvedere Charters shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, traffic incidents, strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. Refunds or credits in these circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email, telephone, or any official communication channel provided by Belvedere Charters. A cancellation is only considered effective once confirmation has been issued by our team.
